- Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes. All jumpers and observers must sign a waiver. The fastest and easiest way to do this is to Sign a Waiver online now. You may also sign a waiver in person when you arrive at Flight Fit N Fun.
Anyone under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Grandparents, siblings, nannies, aunts and uncles, and other family members without court-issued guardianship are not considered legal guardians. If you’re bringing anyone under 18 years of age who is not your child, remember to have their waivers signed by their parent or legal guardian before you come. Permission by phone or email is not sufficient.
- Do you have a printable waiver?
No. Please make sure all members of your party have their parent or legal guardian Sign a Waiver online or sign a waiver at the park.

- How much does Flight Fit N Fun cost? When are you open?

- Is Flight Fit N Fun safe?
Flight Fit N Fun employs the latest technology and strict safety procedures to ensure your jumping experience is as safe as possible. Like any vigorous sporting activity, injuries can and do occur. To minimize the risk of injury, please watch our video and closely follow our safety rules when jumping.
- Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
You can Buy Tickets Online to secure your tickets and preferred time. Online tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Walk-ins are always welcome and can typically be accommodated. However, on Fridays, Saturdays, and holiday breaks, we often sell out. Booking ahead is advised.
- Do you have age limits or restrictions?
We have something for people of all ages and sizes. While some of our activities do have age or height requirements, others do not. Please check Locations for activities and schedules.
- Can I stay and watch my kids?
Of course! You may enter the arena as an observer without purchasing a ticket, but you must still Sign a Waiver.
- What should I wear?
Something comfortable! You’ll be having a blast and getting a great workout, so exercise gear is appropriate. Flight Socks must be worn in the trampoline arena. We sell special Flight Socks with “grippy” bottoms to help you get the most out of your jumping experience. Shirts must be worn at all times.
- Does Flight Fit N Fun host birthday parties?
Yes—and there’s no better place! Birthday parties at Flight Fit N Fun are easy to plan and guaranteed to entertain. We provide set up, simple utensils and paper goods, and a dedicated party assistant. Please get in touch with one of our Locations to book a birthday party.
- Can I rent a Flight Fit N Fun exclusively for a slumber party, or overnight?
Yes. We invented the Trampoline Park Slumber Party—Flight Overnight—and it is awesome! Flight Overnight slumber parties run from 11:30pm to 7:30am. Play your own music, and enjoy access to all park facilities. Sleeping bags on the trampolines are permitted. Our Slumber parties are ideal for high school senior nights, group events, and more! - Can I rent Flight Fit N Fun for a private party?
Yes, but we’re selective about the timing of exclusive events. We offer discounted rates for daytime field trips for schools, church groups, and educational organizations. Please contact one of our Locations to arrange a private party or event.
- Which other group events do you offer?
We offer unique fundraisers, Flight Overnight slumber parties, corporate outings, and much more. Enjoy an active, creative, and fun team-building experience. - How do I request a donation from, or host a fundraiser with, Flight Fit N Fun?
We review donation and fundraiser requests on a case-by-case basis. You must be authorized to represent an organization and act on its behalf to request a donation, and non-profit organizations hosting a fundraiser (Fly for a Cause) must have a valid tax ID number. - Where can I store personal belongings?
We strongly suggest you bring only what you need to jump and leave all valuables at home. We provide cubbies or lockers at some locations for your shoes or extra clothes, but Flight Fit N Fun is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen items. You are not allowed to jump with your smartphone or any mobile devices, and devices like GoPros must be worn (harnessed on), not held.
- What’s your Cancellation Policy?
There are no refunds on jump passes. However, in certain cases, we will exchange your existing passes for new passes of equal or lesser value. We are able to refund birthday parties and group events in full within 48 hours following your reservation (unless the event date is within seven days of refund request). If after the 48 hour window, unfortunately, we are unable to refund but we do allow reschedules.
